1.What is PV Care?
PV Care Monitoring is a cloud solution compatible with the PV Supernode controller. The intuitive interface goes hand in hand with a wide range of functionalities, making monitoring the operation of photovoltaic installations simple and effective.
2.Can I test the PV Care system?
When purchasing the PV Supernode controller, you will receive a trial version of the PV Care system for 30 days, this is time for testing and a possible purchase decision.
3.Can I buy PV Care at any time?
Yes, PV Care can be purchased at any time after purchasing the PV Supernode controller.
4.How does the PV Care system work?
As part of the PV Care cloud monitoring system, as an installation company, you gain access to a service account through which you can monitor all your installations using the PV Supernode controller. Your clients gain access to an investor account where they can track the operation of their own installations.
5.Is the PV Care system available 24/7?
Yes, the system is available 24 hours a day. In the case of installations where it is not possible to connect to the local WiFi/LAN network, we include a GSM modem that ensures constant connection of the controller to the cloud.
6.Does the system allow you to preview work in real time?
Yes, the PV Care system offers real-time visualizations of the operation of the installation and its components, so you always stay up to date.
7.Can reports be generated from the PV Care system?
Yes, the PV Care system allows you to generate CSV reports from selected devices on a given day.
8.What data about the operation of photovoltaic installations does the PV Care program present?
The PV Care program presents a visualization of the operation of photovoltaic installations on three levels:
· the entire installation – current and historical generation of active and reactive power,
· inverters – energy, power, currents and voltages on the AC side,
· input chains – currents and voltages on the DC side.
9.Does the PV Care System read data only from inverters?
The system simultaneously monitors the operation of inverters and readings from field controllers such as e2tango and weather stations.
10.Does the PV Care system send notifications about failures/problems?
The system provides unrivaled opportunities to quickly locate problems. Push notifications about emergency situations sent to mobile devices allow for an immediate response to restore proper operation.
11.How can I use the Pv Care system?
You can use the PV Care system via a web browser and mobile application.
12.Does the system allow integration with an energy analyzer?
The system allows for the integration of an energy analyzer, which enables detailed monitoring of connection parameters. If the installation supplies energy to a metered facility, for example a factory, the system will show the facility’s energy demand.
