1. What is PV Link?

PV link is a universal controller that ensures the inverter’s compliance with the requirements of the Distribution Network Operation and Operation Manual (IRiESD).

2. What makes the PV Link controller unique?

PV Link is the only device on the market that guarantees compliance with the OSD requirements set out in IRIESD in the scope of controlling photovoltaic installations.

3. How does PV Link work?

PV Link ensures compliance with the OSD requirements in the field of inverter operation control, i.e. it implements the command to completely stop or resume energy generation, as well as smooth active power control.

4. Which manufacturers’ inverters does PV Link support?

The controller enables communication with one or more inverters from one or more manufacturers. The controller supports installations with inverters: Sofar, Solis, Goodwe, Growatt, Solaredge, Sungrow, Huawei, Kostal, Solplanet, Kehua, Fronius and others.

6. How much does a PV Link device cost?

The price of the PV Link controller depends on, among other things, the size of the farm, selected functions, type and manufacturer of inverters, and more. Therefore, please submit your inquiry by sending an e-mail to info@advant.pl. You will be sent a list of questions based on which we will be able to price the controller.

7. When will I receive the ordered PV Link controller?

The pre-configured PV Link device is shipped within 7 business days of payment of the proforma invoice. The date of driver implementation and its final remote configuration should be arranged by sending an e-mail to support@advant.pl. We keep our implementation calendar 2 weeks in advance.

8.We have received our PV Link controller, what next?

Please read the documents you will receive by e-mail: quick start, checklist and register map. There is a detailed procedure on how to connect and prepare the device for remote deployment.

9.What is necessary to remotely deploy the PV Link controller?

To carry out remote implementation, it is necessary to connect to the Internet and update the inverters to the current firmware.

10. How can I report a fault or complaint?

Please send an e-mail to support@advant.pl and describe any possible fault. If this cannot be resolved remotely, please return the controller to us for further diagnosis.
